As with most things in life, you get what you pay for. The DG05, or the traditional French door, is built to the same specifications as all aristocrat doors. Not only is this door more solid than most other doors of this design on the market, but the glazing bars are dowelled and glued, and not simply stapled in place, as some manufacturers do. The DG05 with its wide variety of sizes, makes this door a great option, not only for French doors, but also bifolds and stacker sliders. The doors can be mixed and matched in various sizes, and with the addition of two sidelight sizes, 400mm and 520mm almost any opening can be successfully filled.
